We create an image of the world around us through our five senses. But how ‘real’ is that image? How accurate is our self-knowledge? And how often are we deceived by our own senses?

 

In Perception & the Art of Magic, participants confront the inaccuracy of their perception. The workshop explains why and reveals how illusions work.

Simple yet concrete assignments address the limitations of our perception based on real everyday situations. At the same time, participants are given a peek behind the scenes of the art of conjuring and how it creates illusions based on knowledge of human perception.

 

There are workshops for adults, youth / initiation, beginners and mentalists.
